Today we’re introducing our project – Defexa Wallet.
My name is Olga Lutz (@cryptotravel). I’m CBDO of Defexa. And here is my colleague Alexandra Sabado who is the CMO of our project ( @alsabado)

Q1: Can you introduce Defexa Wallet to the team?
Answer:
Defexa Wallet provides a distinctive blend of safety, convenience, performance, and a comprehensive toolkit for storing, transferring, and managing crypto assets all within just one App.
We started working on the project in November 2022, but the wallet app was launched on AppStore and Google Play in April 2023. Defexa Wallet belongs to FPS Global Ltd., a Canada-registered company with an MSB license. We have an international team working from different parts of the world – from Canada and the UK to Asia and Latin America.
Q2: What problems is your App trying to solve?
A: Nowadays, users face a set of problems using different crypto wallets, such as lack of privacy, hidden fees, poor infrastructure, complexity, and lack of safety.
Let’s talk about our solution step by step:
Privacy.
Per privacy standards – Defexa is a real non-custodial wallet. We care about your privacy. Defexa Wallet won’t ask for a photo of your face or send your seed phrase backup into the cloud. Only you are responsible for your seed.
Fees.
You shouldn’t worry about hidden fees. We have standard operational fee rates.
Infrastructure
Defexa Wallet will provide various features such as swapping, staking, fiat payments, local payments, banking cards for active users, and DEFI integrations. Everything is included in the roadmap, and we continue to develop our App, adding more features.
Complexity.
Defexa Wallet also has a user-friendly interface, easy navigation to all wallet services, live customers support 24/7, knowledge base and subscriptions.
Safety
Safety is crucial in the world of crypto. One of the key advantages of Defexa Wallet is the banking level of safety for the crypto assets.d
Q3: Can you tell us more about banking level of safety? What exactly does it mean?
A: Crypto banking safety is a major concern for individuals considering cryptocurrencies.
While cryptocurrencies offer benefits such as decentralized transactions and increased privacy, they also present various vulnerabilities concerning many users.
Our team is working hard to ensure our platform will provide the best safety measures for our users.
Also, we’re doing regular software updates. That ensures our users have the most recent protections against any known vulnerabilities.
What’s more, the full development of our app was supported by our security team Decurity. We’re working on our safety measures full-time, auditing each step of our updates.
Q4: What about fiat on-ramp services? Do you plan to have it in Defexa Wallet, and for which countries?
A: We are in the process of integration with one of the very well-known on- and off-ramp fiat and crypto service provider. With this integration, Defexa Wallet will soon support fiat-crypto purchases from 173 countries, using methods such as Visa, Mastercard, regional mobile wallets, and domestic transfers.

Q1: Do you plan to issue your own token for Defexa Wallet?
A: We definitely have it in our plans, not only for Defexa Wallet but more for Defexa Exchange which will also be launched this year as a part of a whole Defexa Ecosystem. It will be a kind of utility token.
Q2: What about your competitors? How do you plan to attract users in a highly competitive crypto environment?
A: It is definitely a challenge to attract new users. Therefore we have several advantages, helping our project to stand out.
First of all, we have strong security measures. Security is a critical concern for many users in the crypto space. We have strong security in our wallet, and are working a lot on privacy for our users.
We’re working a lot on our interface and apps’ features. Our app is easy to navigate and intuitive for users, regardless of their crypto experience.
Moreover, we’re providing some educational information on our social media channels to help users benefit in the crypto space.
Also, our customer support is responsive and accessible via various channels, responding promptly to user inquiries and addressing concerns.
Q3: What is your strategy to attract new users and investors to your project and keep them for the long term? How do you stay in touch with your community?
A: We have a strong presence in social media such as Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin and other platforms.
We regularly share updates about our project, industry news, and our project’s important milestones. We are also publishing articles along with competitions to increase user interaction.
Furthermore, we’re collaborating with influential individuals in the cryptocurrency industry, like popular bloggers and industry experts.
We value our community and provide valuable and insightful content on our website and social media channels.
What’s more, we are actively seeking feedback from our active users to incorporate their suggestions and improve our users’ experience. We value our users’ opinions, and are committed to creating the best environment for them.

Q: Partnership in crypto sphere is key to the solidity of every project. Which companies are you currently partnering with and why them? Which countries are your targeted regions to wider your communities?
A: You can see the partners on our website, they provide us high level of wallet safety and different swap options for the users. Among our partners you can find Fireblocks, Changelly, Guardarian
Q:We all know that the Ambassador plays an important role in the growth of every projects? Does DEFEXA already have an Ambassador program? Then, what are your plans for GLOBAL expansion, getting Customers, Users and Partnerships to build and grow it?
A: We’re planning to launch our program in September.
We’re going to have bonuses for our users together with educational program. We’re going to provide fastest crypto-signals together with other tools such as secret chats and so on.

Q:How can I purchase $DEFEXA Token easy way? On which platforms will your token cell be offered? How can I purchase your token in the long run?
A: Our token is planned to be launched in the end of the year. Stay tuned with Defexa in social medias
Q: What is DEFEXA biggest obstacle? As I have seen many projects look great only on their whitepaper & roadmap, but face many difficulties when trying to implement their mission and end in failure. How does you overcome every obstacle in its development?
A: The biggest obstacle is to show value proposition of the project to the large audience in such a competitive business environment. We are deeply focused on WEB3 adoption in the world of traditional finance and trying to show our attitude to the users
Q: Not all NFTs that are offered in the are valuable. How will your project ensures that the NFT that are manufactured, issued & traded on its platform are valuable and successful, and what strategies will it use to make them competitive in this fierce market?
A: As for now we’re adding a lot of new features for our wallet as well as possibilities concerning NFT

Q:Do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?
A: We will definitely develop this model with our team as well as a whole tokenomics of our DEX.
