Before we go to the first set of questions, could you please do a short self-intro?
Hi everyone. Thanks for having me here. I am Karan Sharma from battleinfinity.io.
I have been in the cryptosphere since 2017. I have worked with lots of projects as a community manager, partnership manager, ambassador and advisor in the past. I am the social media manager at Battle Infinity.

Q: What are the objectives of $IBAT token? Will there be rewards for holding $IBAT tokens? What are the benefits of holding?
A: The main objective of the $IBAT is to power the Battle Infinity ecosystem, as this is the essential asset for any user/player to perform any action on the platform. It will also connect the metaverse to real life gaming and bring the global e-sports and gaming community together on one platform.
IBAT is the utility token of the Battle Infinity decentralized games platform running on the Binance Smart Chain. Breaking that down, Battle Infinity puts the player/user in the driving seat in a way in which you will have unprecedented control – and ownership – of your game experience and assets.
The objective of IBAT is to provide access to the products and services of our ecosystem and to capture and accrue this derived value for its holders.
We can say that the value proposition of IBAT and the platform it serves revolves around five key elements:
Tradability
User-friendly NFT and blockchain experience
Category-based team formation
Scalability
Tokenised reward mechanism
Tokenised reward mechanism: The tokenized form of rewards is one of the unique ways to give rewards to the winning user.
Tradability: All minted NFTs are tradable in our ecosystem, which means all users can easily buy or sell NFTs which will be done in terms of $IBAT.
User-friendly NFT and blockchain experience: Battle Infinity is building a user-friendly global platform that is ready for the mass market and consumer of all stripes – both those new to the metaverse and P2E gaming as well as more experienced blockchain gamers. In short – we want to create the kind of products where a user who is very new to blockchain can participate in our ecosystem with ease.
Category-based team formation: We have 3 categories for team formation – GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE, which makes our platform more scalable and accessible to all types of users.
Scalability: To solve the scalability problem of decentralized applications (dApps) based on blockchain technology, we have recently witnessed very huge gas prices on every transaction and latency in the confirmation time of the transactions. We also saw major outages in a few networks that went down from hours to a day sometimes. This is why we have selected BSC which is an EVM compatible side chain that can process large numbers of transactions in low cost gas fees.
Q: I see Battle Infinity will also integrate NFT and Metaverse in the platform can you give us more detail about it ?
A: To play, users must purchase an NFT pass. The funds are initially held in the IBAT Stake Pool.
NFT passes are unique to each user and allows them to enter into the Leagues and Matches.
All NFTs used in the game are tradable. All users can trade their whitelisted NFT (winning NFT) passes in our Battle Market and liquidity is also provided for automatic trading.
Moving on to the metaverse, this concept means different things to different people.
In Battle Infinity, the metaverse virtual world is the core feature of our Battle Arena product.
In the IBAT Battle Arena players have their own unique avatar they can upgrade on the IBAT Battle Market. For example, upgrades can include anything from clothes to hair. Players can add items such as hats or sunglasses to their avatar through purchases from the IBAT Battle Market.
Every player has a unique content ID as a result of minting using the BEP721 NFT smart contract standard.
Q: What are the features and working of $IBAT?
A: Rewards for in-game activities are paid in IBAT. The more users the platform onboards the greater the buying pressure on IBAT, so the price will tend to appreciate as a result, benefiting all IBAT holders.
Tax on IBAT token sales has an upper limit of 12% and can be lowered to 0% to facilitate CEX listings and changes in market conditions.
Buying is free from taxes though.
So, how is the $IBAT transaction collected and used? 50% of IBAT transaction fees are sent to the IBAT Stake Pool.
There is also a transaction fee that applies in the Battle Stake Pool. Here, 10% of the stake is deducted as a transaction fee. 5% of the transaction fee amount goes to the foundation with the rest paid into the global IBAT Staking Pool.
The remaining 90% of the Battle Stake Pool goes to the winner of each particular game.
Other benefits of holding the $IBAT come from staking. We have three types of staking:
Solo
In this type of staking a user can directly stake their IBAT Token to Earn a High APY on their token. Liquidity pools are created on the basis of monthly, half-yearly, and yearly time periods.
Duo
In this type of staking you can simply pair any token with our native IBAT token and earn interest on it by simply staking that pair on our platform. This will give more stable and passive income not only in our token but also in their favourite tokens & coins like BNB, ETH, DOGE, etc., and even on stable coins like USDT, BUSD, etc.
Crates
This is a type of staking in which you have to buy NFT crates from Our Battle Market and unlock it with the matching NFT key, which u can either buy or can get by playing Games on Battle Games and wait for a certain time period to fully unlock it, according to the crate type. There are three types of crates i.e. :-
FREE CRATES – You can claim this by completing daily tasks or by winning a game .These are very common in rarity and have a shorter unlocking period.
SILVER CRATES – These are the crates that you have to buy from Battle Market or can win by ranking top on the weekly leaderboard and are less rarer than gold crates.
GOLD CRATES – These are the crates that you can buy from Battle Market or can win by ranking top on the monthly leaderboard and are the rarest of all the crates.

Q: When is BATTLE INFINITY PLATFORM expected to go live?
A: The platform launch will take place in Phase 5 of our roadmap.
We are going up against the legacy incumbents Dream11, with 100 million users, and Mobile Premier League with a claimed 85 million users.
The Indian Premier League is our first target audience and we will be moving on to football, with the richest league in the world – the English Premier League – in our sights, among others. American sports such as basketball, baseball and football are also huge markets we will target.
Fantasy sports is a brilliant opportunity to showcase the benefits of blockchain-powered games, where users/players can play to earn and much more besides. Then when you tie that to the metaverse, the growth opportunities are almost boundless.
Q: Can you tell us about the Battle Gaming platform.
A: Well let’s talk about the rewards as that’s at the heart of IBAT Premier League as this will be our first product.
There are five types of rewards:
Daily task reward – Goes to users who complete daily tasks.
Match reward – Goes to owners of the team on the basis of scores achieved.
League reward – Goes to the owner whose total score in every match of the league or session is the highest.
Rank reward – Apart from rewards earned on the basis of match play, team owners who rank in the top 10 receive an extra reward for becoming a rank holder on the leaderboard.
Winning NFT pass rewards – Goes to the user who achieves the top rank in the match or league.
In the Battle Arena individual players/users are represented as avatars in a virtual space, where devices such as VR headsets and controllers can be used to explore the metaverse, meet other players and talk and chat in real-time conversations.
Individuals represented by their unique avatars can attend online events such as concerts, parties, galleries, or even perform themselves… you name it.

Q: Where do you see Battle Infinity in the near future?
A: Our main competitors in the near term are Dream 11 and Mobile Premier League. But once we have the IBAT Premier League out of the door, it acts as a model for rapid iteration of all other sports using the fantasy league format.
So it depends how you define the near future, but our immediate goal is to conquer India but simultaneously we see this as a global addressable market so from the outset are aiming to onboard players from all corners of the world.
But obviously with cricket our first sport, in order to be good at building a team it means you will need to know something about the game and who the best players are and so on.
If I can summarize, this is going to be great fun for all users, regardless of whatever their favorite sport might be.

Q: Truly, you’ve done AMA in many telegram groups, so what next, what other way will you make your project more popular?
A: Firstly, we are focusing on development as we personally feel that bear market is the best time to build up your product and perform required testing so that the product is safe and free from bugs.
Then our Marketing team is really good as it is being lead by the cofounder itself who has 17+ years of marketing experience in traditional market. We also have partnership with CryptoPR and they are performing really well with all the marketing events they did for their past clients as well.
Q: Non-crypto user is very important for mainstream adoption. How you are planning to attract non-crypto users towards your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will brings non-crypto user and real-use case?
A: We are definitely looking into this segment and for this, The Fantasy game will play its role better way. The non crypto users will definitely like the concept and will start onboarding. Of course they will need some tutorials/educational content. We have our own youtube channel where we will keep posting all kind of tutorials with all basic information so that they don’t feel any hassle while using our products.
Q: Are you a global project or local project? At present, which market are you focus on, or is it focused on building and growing to gain customers, users and partners?
A: We are a global project but currently our immediate goal is to conquer India but simultaneously we see this as a global addressable market so from the outset are aiming to onboard players from all corners of the world.

Q: Staking, NFT is very hottest, do you think you will apply NFT technology to your products in the achieved future?
A: Yes we are definitely looking into NFT space and already have NFT market place planned in of our product.

Q: Could you tell me a little bit about Your roadmap going forward, how do you plan onboarding users and gaining more adoption for Your project?
A: We are in Phase 3 now and will move into Phase 4, hopefully by the end of the summer if the presale sells out early!
The highlight of Phase 4 is the launch of the Battle Swap and Battle Market features, with the IBAT Premier League in beta release.
A major part of Phase 5 is the Battle Infinity Dapp beta release on the Google Play Store
Phase 6 sees the Battle Arena alpha release.
Phase 7 will be marked by the final release of the app on Google Play after full Land Maps and Battle Arena Integration.
