I have more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector as the founder of Waterfronts.co.uk, a premium real estate agent located in London’s Docklands. My expertise is a real estate sales and letting, redevelopment projects, property investment fundraising and managing relations with housing authorities.

Jag manages the Bricktrade platform and its technological development. He has held positions at digital currency services provider Kryptocash, mobile wallet solutions provider IntelligentPayments.in, and as business analyst for property contractor Tecfast. Q: Please introduce the bricktrade project and concept.
A: Bricktrade is a real estate tokenization platform. Our current focus is on construction finance, where we help property developers raise their construction finance through crowdfunding, instead of going to the bank for this capital. This means we can provide investors with high returns in asset backed investments.
We will be launching several products over the next two years, but are currently focused on launching a full production version of our platform and also achieving all of the necessary legal and compliance demands on the platform.
We plan on launching our platform in Q1 2022 and will add more products as we grow, including an affordable housing fund and also our property Raffle which allows our users to win a property in the UK debt free!

Q: Could you tell me the mission and vision of BrickTrade in the near future?
A: Our mission is to revolutionise property finance and investing. Bricktrade is a property tokenisation platform, that utilises the power of the crowd to raise construction finance for property developers. Our innovative structure coupled with blockchain tech makes property investing more liquid and accessible to investors, whilst simultaneously providing real asset backed investments. Bricktrade pays bank beating interest rates to investors (100x) whilst improving access to capital for property developers. We make unproductive capital – productive and aim to assist to increase the supply of housing to alleviate the global housing shortage.
Q: Could you tell us about the team? What background and experience in the field of Real Estate Investments and Blockchain do they have?
A: We have bought together a very experienced team who all have in depth knowledge of there individual industries and skill sets;
Q: What are the unique features does BrickTrade provide as compared to other projects?
A:

Q: Could you give some overview about any regulatory bodies you will be accredited by, before the project goes live? Will KYC procedures be required for the investment process?
A: We are currently in the process of being registered with the FCA to provide:
– Crypto assets
– Crowdfunding
– Manage client funds
– Issue securities
– KYC will be mandatory for all users
These will be in place before we launch in 2022.
Q: How different are you from your competitors in Blockchain Real Estate Investing?
From our team you can see that we have a lot of real estate experience, most of our competitors are made of either bankers or tech specialists, they have very little experience of real estate
We have our own legal structure that provides specific protections for the investor and also have governance to allow investors to vote on how assets should be managed
We work mainly with construction finance and are in a unique position to buy all the assets our developers build at a discounted price which we can pass onto home buyers – for which we generate commissions
We have live cameras on each site so an investor can watch their investment grow as more development work is completed to the property
Our system has a secondary market built in so investors can exit their investment whenever they want
We work with global investors not just local
We have innovative products coming out in 2022 that will aid sustainable energy production to reduce further harm to the environment and to produce cheap energy for homes and businesses
Q: Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to join your project? Because the success of a project attracts more investors who haven’t yet entered the crypto world. What are the plans to raise awareness about your project in the non-crypto space.
A: We will be running campaigns for both crypto and traditional investors in parallel as our products will benefits both sectors, which will raise interest in our projects. Our token holders will get early access to our great projects.
Q:Can you share your social media links so we can keep ourselves updated?
Q: So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing right now?
A: We are currently going through our FCA approval to be fully compliant, alongside a major marketing campaign for our IDO. We are also working finishing our platform (80% done) and launching our android and IOS apps. We also have 80m worth of developments to go on the market place, which will return low risk returns, assets backed so we’ll be paying about 8 million in yield over the year.
Q: Smart contracts are susceptible to failure and many projects fall victim to this, costing users money and the project discrediting. How reliable and secure is your smart contract? Have you tested it through any of the parties?
A: Our Smart contracts are audited by consensys and are based around traditional bond certificates, this type of contract has existed for centuries so we know its legally tested – we are bringing it into the future with Blockchain tech
Q: Trust is very important in business, what makes investors, customers and users feel safe when working with your project ?
A: Our experienced professionals will carry out and share all the due diligence for each project. Its will then go to a city law firm to be confirmed and we will also be regulated by the FCA.
Q: How old is Your project? What are the major plans ahead? Could you show to us image of your roadmap?
A: We have been at work on this since 2017, we have built our platform, android and IOS app and self funded all this work ourselves until our seed last month.
Q:Almost 3/4 of investors are focused purely on the price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?
A: Our utility token is intrinsic to our product, token holders get bonuses from their investments, token holders also participate in Raffles where they can win a house debt free!! We have a planned buy back in 2024 and our token holders are rewarded with yields from staking
