Hi, it is nice to be here with all of you. I’m Aleksandr Lipkov, a CTO of FoodNear. My current goals at FoodNear are the strategic development and technical leadership of the platform’s evolution. Together with my partner, Maksym, we build an ecosystem to satisfy the demand for healthy homemade meals for everyone.

Q: What is the concept of FoodNear?
A: FoodNear represents a unique project which bridges the food production and delivery services with blockchain technology in order to reduce food waste, enhance sharing economy and reduce environmental impact of food production and consumption. Most importantly, we enable users to start their own business with minimal costs and in their own homes.
Q: Why now is the right time for such a project?
A: The reason behind the project is obvious – we’d like to support the sustainability movement using the latest technologies. Did you know that roughly a half of all food produced in the world is wasted? It’s equivalent to 1,3 billion tons. It takes a heavy toll on the environment. And what are we going to do in 5 years, when the population of Earth will reach 7 billion, as per UN demographics.
Our project is set to reduce waste on the 2 last stages of the Food Supply Chain – distribution and consumption by seamlessly connecting food producers with their clients. 🤝
Q: What makes the FoodNear project special?
A: We enable anyone to start their own business based on our platform!
Apart from promoting sustainability, FoodNear is encouraging charity initiatives and is committed to improving charity practices. We plan to create a semi-charitable mechanism, which allows everyone to order food, recipes, and also help people who need it.
Efficient commercial semi-charitable companies are going to distribute profits among the non-commercial organizations, helping them to reach the main charity goal in the most impactful way, with the assistance of a full blockchain-based solution model for business and charity.
Q: Explain how the FoodNear token ecosystem works?
A: FoodNear token is designed for a number of use cases, providing value to the users of the FoodNear platform. FON token serves as a utility to govern the platform, a means of loyalty, rewards and additional source of income, enabled by NFT’s and other tools. Moreover, it’s also on admission pass to charity activities, leading to more sustainable choices for both good producers and consumers within the platform. 🤌

Q: Can you give more details on the benefits of the FoodNear token for customers?
A: Food producers, cuisiners, chefs and restaurants can receive numerous benefits within the FoodNear ecosystem. Let me name a few of them:

Q: Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?
A: First of all, FoodNear can offer models of success for effective practices that lead to reduced food loss/waste, conservation of our natural resources and drive sustainable food future. Secondly, any seller at FoodNear platform can offer his products to the online food market and wants to obtain the maximum pool of potential customers with minimum expenses. It means that we will take it upon ourselves to tackle all problems associated with the food product placement, and the seller will be able to focus on the quality of their products and efficient cooking process.
Q: Almost 4/5 of investors are focused purely on the price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?
A: The situation of overconsumption is exacerbating with time. But the new generation is more aware of the problem and acknowledges the catastrophic repercussions of mindless consumption. What we see now is only a tip of the iceberg. Humankind will steadily move from the community of consumption to the community of creation. And FoodNear is a herald of new times. That’s why our token will be relevant for many years to come. 🙏
Q: How can we trust your project will not rug pull later and how safe is your smart contracts?
A: Trust in charity is vital, just as transparency of any incoming or outgoing expenses. Our platform doesn’t keep any funds in private developers accounts, all assets go directly to public legal entities’ asset balance. Any consumer can always see where they have sent their digital assets. All blockchain transactions can be tracked in real-time. The largest donations will be processed manually and duplicated with traditional digital paperwork with government-issued official e-signature to ensure your help reaches the people who need it. We are planning to go over several audit reports and publish them on our website.
Q: Can you share some Details about Recent Major Achievements done by your project? Also, what are the Future Roadmap & Targets of your project?
A: FoodNear is planning to launch an NFT marketplace within the platform in the Q2 of 2022. This includes: NFT contests between customers, collaboration with Fine Dining restaurants, generation of NFT based on the unique dishes and recipes of Mchelin Stars holders
Q: Can you tell us about your team members? are they qualified and professional in their fields? what are the recruiting qualifications for team members for your extraordinary project?
A: Our team is an open-minded non-profit community of people with solid background in common business areas, international finance professionals, and experienced cryptography and blockchain developers. FoodNear is open to all people with the same vision of social business and investment transformation, and individuals with the main goal to help people who need it.
