Can you tell us a story about yourself and dive a little bit into your background?
I am an Entrepreneur with a track record of innovating at the bleeding edge of the Media Technology Metaverse with over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment industry financing and producing a number of projects including the Tony nominated Broadway play Rock of Ages, Hesher, Growing Up Smith, and the upcoming film Atari we are producing with Leonardo DiCaprio.
My main passion is to transform the world with Media and Technology to help empower humanity to make an evolutionary leap at this critical juncture. Through the Media side we tell stories that change the way people think and through Technology actually change the way we live.
In 2012, we crowdfunded and produced the viral documentary of the year Sirius which broke the record for the highest feature documentary crowdfund in history. The film then went on to generate over $1M in revenue in a TVOD Direct to Consumer self release all driven by the community with zero marketing budget. At that moment we realized there was the potential for a whole new model that aligned the interests of fans and community with the projects and companies they passionately support.

Q: Could you please tell us about Raiinmaker and what inspired you to build it?
A: Raiinmaker is a fan social engagement platform built on blockchain to power a democratic re-distribution of value crearted by Fans and Communities for Brands and Creators on Social Media.
Our media company acquired the movie Atari in 2016 that we are currently producing with Leonardo DiCaprio. We came into the blockchain/crypto industry that year looking for a way to leverage the technology to power new models for incentivized community driven Marketing and Social Engagement. I immediately saw the potential for the technology to power automated, transparent and fractional rewards for community and fans who create value on Social Media for projects and brands like the Atari movie and to replicate and scale the model we uncovered with the earlier success of Sirius.
We ultimately sought to build Raiinmaker at the convergence of media technology, loyalty rewards and influencer marketing.
After extensive research and the pioneering launch of blockchain media ventures around Atari movie and Open Source Money, we built the Raiinmaker platform with a team of developers over a few years and launched the Raiinmaker app with a charity initiative #GlobalFieldDay this year.
Q: What are some of Raiinmaker’s differentiating features that make it different, relevant and unique from all the other companies and projects out there?
A: Built on a hybrid interchain blockchain architecture with Decentralized Digital Identity, fan social engagement is tracked across multiple social networks including Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook with social media metrics and data hashed on public blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BSC utilizing our proprietary layer 2 consensus algorithm Proof of Influence™. Additionally, reward pools are staked with tokens or NFTs from any blockchain with users mining token rewards through social media action and engagement.
The Raiinmaker platform has over 20 blockchains currently integrated for rewards including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BSC, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Flow, Polygon and many others.
We have a fully scalable platform that has the speed and throughput to match the transaction volume of the Visa network and leverages the security and hash power of public Blockchain networks.
Q: What’s the most interesting and important lesson you’ve learned so far with Raiinmaker?
A: It’s always important to stay fluid and nimble in such a constantly evolving and rapidly changing industry. I think it’s our creativity and willingness to pivot that has positioned us for long-term success.
Q: What are some of the milestones and plans for 2021 – 2022?
A: We have already accomplished a number of our milestones and goals for 2021 including the public launch of the app with #GlobalFieldDay (over 5 million media impressions and over $200k donated to charities), the closing of our $5M+ Seed Round which we are announcing publicly the VC investor list later this month, and the continued traction of the product with our app downloads topping 10k since launch a short time ago.
For the end of 2021 going into 2022 we have a number of exciting plans in the works including the launch of the $Coiin token (Raiinmaker’s utility token) to public markets, and multiple major partnerships and campaigns lined up with major players from the worlds of Sports, Entertainment, and Blockchain/Crypto.
Q: What are your thoughts on the future of blockchain? How does Raiinmaker fit into that?
A: I believe that we are nearing a tipping point and moving into a phase of rapid mainstream mass adoption with crypto. The Raiinmaker app is perfectly positioned to help onboard millions of new non-crypto native users into the Blockchain world while not forcing them to overcome the high barrier of entry associated with learning Decentralized wallet and key management and other technically challenging areas of the existing legacy Blockchain and crypto infrastructure. With our platform users are able to leverage the value of the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world without having to be crypto native. This is of fundamental importance to onboard the other 98% of the planet who is currently still on the sidelines in this financial revolution.
The future of our crypto blockchain ecosystem is inter-chain and open asset which favors projects like ours which can connect to multiple networks of value.
Q: Can you tell me more about Coiin and what role does the coin have on the Raiinmaker App? When will it launch?
A: The Coiin token is the gas of the Raiinmaker network as Campaign smart contracts are powered by Coiin fees and Network level community rewards are paid in Coiin.
For the network level community rewards, 90% of the tokens are locked up in the token contract and every 28 days the Raiinmaker Proof of Influence algorithm calculates the total value created on the network and tells the token contact how many tokens to mint based on the total amount of engagement on the Raiinmaker network during the mining period. It is always between 1 Million and 25 Million tokens with the first mint at 1 Million tokens and a maximum variable increase/decrease of 25% month to month. From those minted, 70% of the tokens are distributed to campaign creators and users creating and staking value on the Raiinmaker network with both receiving exponential rewards or conversely receiving a greatly reduced reward from the mint based on the percentage of Coiin they keep staked or withdraw.
The token is set to launch in the next 1-2 months with a major announcement on DEX and CEX partners and the launch date forthcoming later in November.

Q: How do you plan to spread awareness of your project in countries and regions where English is not well-spoken? Is there a community approach for them to better understand the project and participate?
A: We have already begun building strong communities in various international jurisdictions including Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and of course North America. This includes KOL‘s leading communities in those areas for the launch as well as strategic community moderation and management by localized teams as well.
Q: What strategies have you created to maintain the stability of the token over time and prevent early investors from dumping the token after the pre-sale?
A: The majority of Tokens from the initial supply are locked up, with early seed investors Vesting incrementally over the course of the next year and a very small percentage of the initial supply liquid at TGE.
Q: Are you able to share some of Raiinmaker’s latest achievements and what’s in store for Raiinmaker’s future?
A: There is a series of major partnerships that we have already locked in that will be announced over the next 2 to 3 months with accompanying live campaigns on the app to accelerate the user and community growth as we launch the token to market. Q:Can you share to us your tokenomics? How much is the total and circulation supply of your tokens? Will there be buy back system or token burning in the future?
A: There is 100 million tokens for the initial supply. Upon TGE only 5.2% of those will be liquid. We will use a variety of mechanisms including buyback and burns if necessary to maintain Supply equilibrium
Q:Is your platform suitable for crypto beginners? Or does it only limited for professional users ?
A: I think one of the strengths of our platform is that any user including non-crypto native can participate in the campaigns 🙂
Q:Security is the most important thing to consider want starting up a project, how secured is this project for users and investors?
A: We recently secured and completed our token security audit with Zokyo labs. You can find the report and PR online to support that 🙂 they are one of the best in the business
Q:Truly, you’ve done AMA in many telegram groups, so what next, what other way will you make your project more popular?
A: I think we will continue to improve the product and launch more campaigns with great partners to also support charities
Q: STAKING is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD Them and long term.
A: 90% of our token supply is locked in a maintain contract which only releases a small number of tokens every 28 days, 70% of those are distributed to users creating value on the Raiinmaker network. There is a significant portion that goes to the users that keep those tokens and value staked on the network so like farming they continue to grow in value
Q: Many new projects make a good impression at first but are suddenly abandoned. My question is, how will you manage the project and the token to get a position in the market and become the best token in the crypto world?
A: We have built a real product that is backed by a strong team with tremendous relationships in the worlds of sports, entertainment, and crypto. We will over the course of the next 1 to 3 years define a whole new market sector just like Airbnb and Uber did 🙂
That product was built with millions of dollars in financing and a team of some of the best developers in the world
Q:Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?
A: We will do this were necessary and more importantly we are encouraging through token incentives the staking of value on the net work to decrease supply on markets. Additionally users will have the option to redeem their token balances for digital gift cards that are emailed immediately instead of withdrawing a token and liquidating on exchanges
Q: How your tokens are in circulation and what is your total supply? What is the schedule for Unlocking of listen token? In short, please assist us with your structure of Tokenomics?
A: Initial supply is 100M and max supply is 1B with 90% locked up and set to release over 4 – 80 years based on network activity. The Proof of Influence Algorithm tracks network activity and tells the token contract how many tokens to release every 28 days with 70% distributed to users on the network.
Q: How old is Your project? What are the major plans ahead? Could you show to us image of your roadmap?
A: We have been building this for three years 🙂 My team can drop an image of the project roadmap in here 🙂
Q:PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATIONS are the backbone in making every project more widespread. Can you list some of ur partners with us?
A: Right now we have live partnerships with some newer crypto companies however we are preparing to announce a partnership with the company behind the largest exchange in the world as well as Maxim NFT, Axie Infinity Play to Earn Charity campaign and many more!!
