Before we go to the first set of questions, could you please do a short self-intro?
👨💻 Jay Wheeler – Head of Marketing – @JayWheel – I used to work in finance in the IT sector, but I decided to switch things up and dive into the world of crypto in 2017
Believe it or not, I’ve been dabbling in crypto since way back in 2013 when I used to buy and sell BTC on a P2P platform for about $50 a coin 🤯- and it has been quite a wild ride since then! My real passion and expertise is in marketing and operations, and I’m skilled at leading startup projects to success. That’s why I’m thrilled to be part of BillionAir as we set out to dominate the GambleFi space! Excited and happy to be here!

I have a background in development, but turned entrepreneur in various fields, including e-commerce, healthcare, and primarily web3 in recent years. I’m super product-centric, and I have a strong passion for the products we create. I believe that every aspect should be carefully crafted with the user in mind and that attention to detail is key in creating a great things in general. After all, when we create something that truly make a difference in people’s lives, we can be proud of the work that we do. 👨💻 Oliver Mills – Head of PR and Comms – @Smints – Hi guys, I’m Ollie, nice to e-meet you all! I’ve been in and around the space for a while, I think since around 2016 for me, initially trading, followed by working in a content creation role for a trading and crypto education start-up. I moved into projects within the space around 2020, and it’s been one hell of a ride! That being said, as a writer, my experience goes back way further than that, having held virtually every role from Junior Copywriter up to Head of PR & Comms across 7 or 8 years. On a side note, I’m also a former English teacher! I love to teach, educate and help people grow, and try to reflect that in my writing as much as I can. I believe a huge barrier to adoption of blockchain is the language that surrounds it – it either bores people or scares them away. I’m on a mission to change that

First set of questions to introduce the project!
Q: Can you introduce BillionAir to the followers please?
A: BillionAir is, at its core, a raffles and games ecosystem offering exciting and engaging entertainment and opportunities within an all-encompassing, borderless, and provably fair ecosystem. On a larger scale, it’s so much more than that, positioned as a bridge between web3 natives and the traditional and web2 markets and a connector and alternative for existing web3 and gaming projects to fundraise and engage their community.
Providing our core raffles product offering everything from luxury prizes and experiences, through to cash, digital assets and NFTs, in addition to a continuously growing selection of games, the BillionAir ecosystem offers opportunity and entertainment all-round. Built on top of blockchain technology, and therefore offering the underlying benefits available including tiered rewards, a deflationary token model and real yield staking, the opportunities are even greater.
Essentially, BillionAir is a contra bet to the current web3 gaming projects out there, providing innovative ways for projects and communities to fundraise while engaging users from many different communities.
Q: At what stage is BillionAir at right now?
A: In terms of development, we launched our MVP – our raffles core product – a couple of months ago now, and have been fine tuning it since then, with interest and engagement steadily increasing.
We have so many more developments to bring to the platform, with our tech team hard at work striving to grow the BillionAir ecosystem into the entertainment hub we have been envisioning for the last 18 months. We’ve actually put a slight hold on development of further platform features while we focus on our on-platform token sale, but you can rest assured there is much more to come!
Q:What can we expect from BillionAir moving forward?
A: A lot! We have our first exchange listing already in place, with $AIRB confirmed as a future asset on BitMart, and we will of course be listing on other DEXs and CEXs as we grow. In terms of the platform, you can expect to see the roll-out of our staking platform, revamped raffles and the expansion of our partner network to expand our offerings even further.
As mentioned in the intro of the project, the BillionAir ecosystem provides a platform for other projects to both fundraise and engage with their communities, along with an alternative method of offering their own assets, whether that be gaming NFTs, lucrative utility NFTs, or, well, anything really. The added benefit is, we gain exposure to their communities, they gain exposure to ours – everybody wins!

Q: It looks like you guys have a pre-sale campaign going right now, can you tell us a little more?
A: Yes, that’s right, BillionAir has just launched the pre-sale of our platform and ecosystem powering currency, $AIRB, with an exciting, ten phase structured sale. While the entire sale represents great value, the best value is on offer to the earlier investors.
These phases each have a luxury giveaway, with the phase one prize recently being revealed as a Rolex DayDate 41mm worth around $40,000! Q: You mentioned above that you have a $500,000 giveaway, can you explain how users can participate?
A: Absolutely! So the best thing you guys can do is check out our article breaking it all down which, if it’s ok, we’d love to drop in at the end, but I’ll try to summarize it for you here.
So if you head over to billionair.com you’ll see a menu item at the top called ‘WIN 500K’, it’s all explained here. First, you need to take part in our pre-sale, with a minimum purchase of 1000 $AIRB (around $30) required to be eligible for the giveaways. This purchase earns you an NFT raffle ticket, which you can use in whichever giveaway you choose. Q: What else has been going on recently? Any particular developments of note?

Next up, and this is really cool for us, we have recently been accepted into the BNB Chain Kickstart Program. Q: How does project increase the token’s value, liquidity and utility ? So that it can lead to an increase in token prices ? What is your plan to make your project stable and provide the highest return for investors in the long term ?
A: We’ve put a lot of thought into our token, $AIRB, and the sustainability of the model. We have multiple staking pools with lucrative rewards to encourage increased TVL, we have buy-back loops in place along with token burn mechanisms, all of which have positive impacts on the token price and stability.
In terms of value, all of the above will help, and as our ecosystem grows, so will the token utility, and therefore the value!

A: Absolutely! As mentioned in earlier q’s, we’ve only recently launched our MVP in the lasy couple of months, but given the fact our platfrom will be so heavily community focussed, with eventual plans to fully migrate to a DAO, community feedback and desires are very important to us.
Q: Do you have tutorial videos so we can get to know your project more clearly or do you have a YouTube channel or something? can you share it with us?
A: Funny how you mention this, that is exactly what we’re working on right now! Making the process as streamlined as possible for all of our users is priority 🫡️️️️

Q: Regarding the current market situation is too unstable, to restrain investors. So can you give me some good reasons why I should buy your tokens in the current market situation? And also why should your token holders continue to hold?
A: Tough question, but I think I can answer!
You’re right, the market is not perfect, and investors are a little skeptical at the moment. But the fact is, if a project can’t survive in a market like this, it can’t survive at all!
The fact we’ve decided to go down the public pre-sale route rather than VCs and investors actually helps both us and our community in this respect, with us not having to deal with worried investors, and our community token holders not having to worry about VCs dumping their tokens for profit!
We want our community to be our investors, quite simply!
Q: Staking programme is very important for any project, Can i stake your token? Do you have any plan of starting staking programme?

Q: Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to join your project? Because the success of a project attracts more investors who haven’t yet entered the crypto world. What are the plans to raise awareness about your project in the non-crypto space.
A: In a word, yes!
Of course our initial target audience is the crypto familiar, but raffles are much more commonly known in the real world, and this is going to play a big part in attracting web2 users to our platform.
In addition to raffles, we’ll be providing a variety of other games and entertainment options, and creating a completely frictionless onboarding process that takes the fear out of crypto for those unfamiliar with wallets, smart contracts and all the other things they don’t fully understand!
